Pros

• very user-friendly

• can mint animation and music, as well as images

• can easily add NFT metadata - i.e. attributes or traits

• set your own royalties

• can create single NFT or collections

• cheap fees - only pay gas fees on AVAX, which are very low

Cons

• though easy to use, there are four steps: ‘Details’, ‘Assets’, ‘Metadata’ and ‘Mint’; this may be a little confusing for some

• this minting service has only recently come on the market - February 2023

Pros

• simple and easy to use

• cheap fees - only pay gas fees, which are very low

NFT Studio on Avalanche Wallet

• a built-in feature of the Avalanche wallet, where you can create NFTs as assets that Avalanche calls ‘Collectibles’

Pros

• very easy to use

• once minted, NFTs are in the Avalanche wallet and can be sent wherever

• 0.1 Avax to mint, plus gas fees

• no technical knowledge required

• can create single NFTs or a collection

• can view your NFTs in the portfolio section of your wallet

Cons

• need to add the image online via a URL, and the URL must have a .jpg extension

• not attached to any marketplace - will still need to find a market to sell your NFTs

• can’t add attributes via metadata to your NFT. You can only add ‘title’, ‘image’, ‘URL’, ‘description’ and ‘quantity’
